I️ was 22 weeks pregnant when we lost our daughter. She was our first pregnancy, our first child, our first love. At 18 weeks we found out our baby had hydrops and a cystic hygroma and we were told she wouldn’t make it. And she didn’t. We delivered our daughter, Joanne, the day after we were told her heart was no longer beating. We lifted her up to the Lord knowing he would take care of her until we could see her again. So here my husband and I️ are. Taking a deep breathe, praying hard, believing in the future, never forgetting our little baby, but trying again.
