OMG!!! PCOS AM SEEING RIGHT?

I had a 2 day really light period on the 29th September. Then had a little spot on the 29th 5 days before i was due now being 3 weeks late i was due on 6th November after having 3 dip stick negs which i took about a month ago because periods didnt seem normal. I posted these pics because i was confused. The 1st pic was my last period on the 29th of September. The 2nd pic

was 29th of October this i gather was spotting 5 days before i was due PERIOD was 6th November but had nothing. now 3 weeks later i see this but really what am i seeing? The 3rd pic was a major unknown NOSE BLEED.
