Husbands suggestion (need advice)

So my husband and I have a typical relationship, we’ve been together 4 years. The last few months he has been “joking” about taking his name off our vehicle so I won’t lose it in the divorce. And last week he told me I could have the tax money for a down payment on a new house. He says he’s joking, but as much as he says it lately, I’m starting to feel so insecure and unsure of our relationship. I started looking at a house to buy, and he asked me what I was doing. (obvious answer) he deleted all of his social media and has been helping around the house and with the kids. Which is something he never EVER does. What do you ladies make out of this?
