Please tell me I'm okay...

Tmi. But I don't know how miscarriages work. I never experienced them. But I've been feeling sick, my stomach has been feeling as if my baby is full term and stretching my belly out. I'm only about 10 weeks... I felt mild cramping and this morning I thought I had a discharge when I woke up (Normal for me idk why) and when I went to looking at my underwear, there was this. I wiped and it was a mixture of brown and light blood. Is this normal? or may I be having a miscarriage and need to go to the hospital?
