Sore chest

My chest has been sore all day...not my boobs or nipples, the area above them, as if I did a million chest presses yesterday. Has this ever happened to anyone and ended up with a bfp? I have no idea how many DPO I am, I traveled during ovulation so my bbt chart is weird
