Hurts to pee

Hey! Has this ever happen to any of you? Because I'm kinda scared right now and don't really know what to do... I'm on the 3rd day of my cicle and out of nowhere in the middle of the day it started to hurt to pee.. it's now night and i didn't bleed (just a tiny bit) since this happened, which i don't really think is normal and i have a bad headache. I've tried drinking lots of water, but seems like it doesn't help, i just go to the bathroom more than usual, but the pain is still there.. i don't know if I should start getting some antibiotics, let me know, please. Thank you and sorry for so many details, i just want to know what should i do. ( preferably i wouldn't want to go the doctor yet)
