HELP ME
i’ve had my period since i was 11 years old. i’m 19 now. i’ve ONLY used pads but i swear to god it’s time for a change! buuuutttttt i’ve never been taught how to use a tampon and i’ve heard so many great things about diva cups. what should i do?? i’m so comfortable using pads but pads get so disgusting 🤢
