husband/boyfriend help during pregnancy

My girlfriend and I are currently trying to conceive. In preperation for her becoming pregnant I was hoping someone (guy or girl) may be able to give me some advice on how to be helpful and supportive during the process of trying to conceive as well as when she is pregnant. This will be my first and her second. I'm only 21 as of now and have no idea of what to do besides trying my best to make her comfortable, stress free, and relaxed. Thank you to anyone with advice 😁
