Brown implantation bleed at 5-6dpo, tingly breasts, been cramping on and off.!anyone else?

Hi all in have written in a couple days ago but no response 😳.. last period was 2nd November, according to glow I would be ovulating the week 14th.. 16th I felt a really sharp stabbing pain in my right ovary which lasted around ten seconds and stopped me in my tracks. Take it this as egg being released? Fast forward seven days... well the following Wednesday.. wiped after toilet and have brown mucus.. had this my last pregnancy which we lost at five months 💙Lucas 💙 so last night we thought we would do a test an see if it showed up as last time I did a test was negative then showed up positive few days later but can't remember the time frame. So last night at 9doo roughly come up negative. I have had tingly breasts on and off.. kind of like they are filling up. I get massive boobs during pregnancy lol. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I'm not sure when to test next? I'm also beginning to feel its all in my head 😂 I felt sick after eating chocolate this morning ( prob should have had something else 😂) but was gagging ten mins later? Any response would be fab or any other support ❤
