Severe Migraine

I need help. I’ve had a severe migraine for almost three days now, and even went to urgent care for it. They gave me a shot for it, and a shot for nausea. Nothing is helping. I also have a ton of cold sores on my lips that they me pills for. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get rid of this migraine and nothing has helped.. any suggestions???

Update: I went to the ER Sunday night and they gave me an IV with some meds to help with my pain. Things had gotten worse, I had a temp of 101*F and felt like I was freezing. After running some tests the doctor said I had some kind of viral infection that’s generally treated with anti inflammatory and time. He gave me something for the nausea but that was it. Monday I woke up feeling great and was able to go to work without any problems,
