Wedding centerpieces

My wedding is in April, our colors are bright red and blue. I'm also wanting to add polka dots and do a bit of a swing thene. I'm looking at centerpieces. Was looking at fake flowers, photo centerpieces, etc. Then I thought about balloons. Something like pictured below. Just looking for input or other advice. I'd love to see pictures of your lovely centerpieces. Thanks.
