Short femurs and small abdomen

From day 1 I have been told That I will probably have a small baby. I went for a 32 week scan to check babies growth. They told me he was measuring small. I got referred to a fetal growth specialist where she told me his femurs and abdomen were a few weeks behind. I have to go back in 2 weeks for another scan. Has anyone else had experience with this and was your baby born normal and healthy?
