Threatened miscarriage?!!!!

I had a chemical pregnancy last month in October so my dr said it was fine for my husband and I to try again right away. I ended up getting pregnant and found out on Nov 10 , I am now about 6 1/2 weeks pregnant but I don’t go to see my dr until dec 7th. I started having some light pinkish/ brown spotting earlier this evening very light and it stopped. I called the on call dr and she said for me to take another test and see if it was still positive and they would try to go ahead and fit me in tomorrow to check me out. I took the test and it was positive but I’m super nervous I could possibly be getting ready to have another miscarriage? With my daughter who is now 2 I had no spotting what so ever but I’ve heard this can happen and be fine? I am having some cramping but would love to know if anyone else has experienced something similar?
