Weird smell 🙊🙃

Okay so I have this very weird and prominent smell coming from my yoo-hoo that won’t go away. Back in September, I caught onto the smell and I went and got checked for STD’s which came back negative, but I started using summers eve and within a week, the smell went away. But now it’s come back. I figured with the STD test you’d be able to see if I had a UTI as well and I also had an ultrasound (uterus and vaginal) and I figured they’d be able to tell then too, but I may be wrong. Should I go to my doctor for this or is this just a reoccurring thing that I’ll have to live with? All it is is a weird smell, no irritation, no itching. Please help me, ladies!
