Anyone know what this could be?

One morning I woke up with just a few spots on my belly. Then a few days later woke up to this. It has now traveled to my arms and my upper back. 
If I should mention not sure if this will help or not. I have been sick with a small cold and was running a low grade fever. And today my fever spiked. 
Any kind of suggestions will help. Thank you.

Looks like an allergic reaction but any rash with a fever is a bit concerning. Is there a nurse consulting line you can call? I would start there since it's usually free. If not take pictures of the progression of rash and definitely I think you should see someone.

It looks like a type of psoriasis - I get something similar when I’m really stressed. My doctor prescribed a cortisone cream which helps the itching and makes it go down much faster. Good luck!

it could be a skin yeast ,allergies to your detergent ,or food allergies. i am allergic to jelly fish and when i got stung a while back at the beach i broke out in itchy hives on my back that looked alot like . their alot of thinks it could cause . i suggest going and getting a Benadryl and taking that and using the benadryl cream on the spots and itll be gone in 2 to 3 days .

I had that once and my Dr said it was eczema

I have something like this literally all over. Doctor said it’s severe dry skin which I don’t believe because I always moisturize. Does it itch?

did you change laundry detergent?

looks like hives. take some benadryl rehash your clothing in a different detergent and see if that helps.
