my heart is breaking 😭

my grandma has been in the hospital since 11/3/17, fighting congestive heart failure and she was put on hospice tonigh...she won't wake up again.. I should've gone and see her on thanksgiving but I didn't because we had plans to go to my SO families place for dinner... I,hope she can stay until I get there tomorrow morning... I'm so scared. what if it hurts her or she doesn't want to die yet.. or she's gonna miss us..she only met my 3 month old 2 times 😭😭😭💔💔
