kind of scared/worried. is there anyone who had/ or knows somwone who had a Nexplanon in a few years after the date it was supose to be taken out?

I was on the same Nexplanon for 8 years due to insurance issues and what not. for the first 5 years I never really had a period then the last couple years I would have a period every few months. The last 3 months I had it in I started tracking my period and It started Aug. 5th. Sept. 15 and Oct. 20th. I finally got my nexplanon taken out Oct. 27th. My system is not quite regular yet but I should start somewhere between Nov. 24th and the 29th. It is now the 27th and still getting BFN. Im pretty sure not getting my BFP this month but im not gonna lie. im kinda worried having my nexplanon in for so long really messed up my system.
