Should I quit??

The job is part time, they can't give me full time. I work at 3:00 am and hate it. I have to deal with creepy guys all the time that make me uncomfortable. The new assistant GM is changing everything and not letting us do things the GM was. I was working 5 days a week and making $700 a month. I got a new part time job working 6 days a month and making $850. (I am still looking for full time). The job doesn't cover my bills. My shift lead said she would give me 8 hour days but kept me at 4 hours. Even if I went full time here I would barely make enough for all bills. The shift is actually ok because its so early that there's no managers but besides being easy I hate it. There's no room to grow. And for the next month I'm only getting like 7 hours one week and 4 hours the next week. So it's not worth it. Plus, I should be able to find a full time job soon in something that I actually want with benefits. I'm just tired of being tired all the time because of how early it is and not making any money. I just feel like I might regret it. Even though literally every day I think about quitting. The only reason why I would miss it is because of the people. Besides the creeps. Also, it would free me up to look for a real estate job like a receptionist or school district or government job. Plus, I hate waking up at 3:00am!!! Can't decide but it has to be today that I quit if I do it
