I woke up like this. TMI

Okay so the title was a joke but help

I woke up with a swollen, busted bottom lip that's leaking clear goo and blood. When I went to bed, I was fine. This is ridiculous. I came into work and everyone was assuming that my boyfriend beat me. That just pissed me off so bad. BUT, does anyone know what might have caused this? I'm deathly allergic to nuts, but I haven't been around any (except for my coworkers). Any tips on how to get the swelling down? I have vaseline on it now.
