Hi☺️. Unfortunately for some of us, that’s normal. if you complete your daily logs on your period days , you’ll see back aches as one of the symptoms.  It is normal,  but i would say if it’s really bad, talk to a doctor about it.

my lower back absolutely kills me when I'm on my period. it's just cramps in your back, it sucks but a heating pad helps me A lot!

My period always kills my lower back. And even before it starts too. #girlproblems
