Diet help...

I am good at dieting when i have my mind focused on it. I need to get into a healthy routine of eating little & often so im never hungry but im not over eating. Can anyone help me with a simple plan to follow of like maybe times i should eat dinner lunch breakfast & when i should snack. And maybe meal recommendations? Idk any help would be appreciated
