Working Out Ideas?
Hey, so I’m looking for suggestions for a simple workout plan, preferably a website for pregnant ladies. I live in a small town in Northern B.C., there is a gym, but I’m hoping to move home as soon as I can and don’t want to start a gym membership or pay a high one month no commitment fee. I have access to an indoor track (and have been walking there a few times a week) but do not have any hand weights at home.
Does anyone have suggestions for me that have been great for you, that doesn’t involve a gym or extra equipment? Once I can get back home I’ll be able to do water aerobics and swimming 😍. Also—preferably in a plan format telling me what to do daily.
