THOUGHTS!?????
My husband and I found out that we were expecting in 2013. We were using condoms as a form of BC but obviously they are not 100% effective. We decided to terminate for various personal reason. (I am not looking for snarly comments or judgement). I afterwards went on the pill as a form of BC. I came off the pill in August of 2014. Since then my husband and I have not used any form of BC not even condoms. We were not trying but not preventing. A few months ago in August 2017 we decided it was time to actually start trying. We are going on our 4th month of trying. I have been temping since July and using opk’s since October we even tried preseed for a month but he didnt like it because it numbed the sensation. I am kind of torn between two roads, the reason I say that is because many people say that you get pregnant when you stop trying, stop temping, using opk’s etc. We did that for 3 years and did not get pregnant. Now that we have been trying since August we have yet to get pregnant as well. I know it takes the average couple 1 year. I just dont know if after this month we should stop trying, temping, opk’s etc or we should keep trying 😔🤔
I’ve asked my doctor if the termination would prevent me somehow from conceiving and she said that it should not. I know 3 people who have terminated previous pregnancies more than once and they each now have several children. I do have a regular period and ovulate every month. If nothing happens this month. Then we are going to a fertility clinic.
