You CAN'T have a period while pregnant.
A period is your body expelling an UNFERTILIZED egg. Meaning sperm did NOT meet the egg, or it did not implant. You don't have periods while pregnant.
You can have sporting, which is normal. You can have implantation bleeding, which is light pink and very small amounts of blood.
If you have a period, then you are not pregnant. Google the word "menstrual period". Your body is shedding uterine lining and you are bleeding because of it. Your uterus does not shed lining if you are pregnant, so you do not bleed.
