TMI!! 21 weeks and bleeding!

I am almost 21 weeks and I went pee before I went to sleep and I wiped this. I inserted a tampon and took it out and there was a little bit of blood on it and then I did another one and it was a little pink with a lot of mucus looking stuff on it. What should I do?? Thank god my next appointment with my dr is in 9 hour and 5 minutes!

And might I add that my baby is still kicking and moving around.
