I just took a pregnancy test and got a BFP within seconds

I just took a pregnancy test and got a BFP within seconds! I am in shock. I tested the day before Thanksgiving and got a BFN. A few days later I noticed 2 teeny tiny drops of blood in my panties at about 12 DPO and really thought it was my period starting...I even bought a new box of tampons. Nothing for 2 days, but today I woke up and my boobs hurt insanely bad. Tested tonight and I still can’t believe it! I am waiting to tell my husband until tomorrow so I can put together a surprise bag for him and tell him I have an early Christmas gift for him 💗💙
