Are we too young??

So i’ve been with my boyfriend for a little over nine months and I really love him so much. We are both 18 currently. He will be 19 next month and then i have a few months after that before i am 19. We are both in our first year of college. He is so amazing and perfect in every way. I have never been the naive type and i’m not quick to say love or forever but i know without a shadow of a doubt that he is the man i want to walk down an aisle towards and vow to grow old with. I don’t know how to truly describe just how much we love one another. There are times that when he looks at me his eyes fill with tears and he just smiles softly at me and brushes my check with his fingers. I know he loves me and i know that i feel the same as him. Ideally we would get our degrees before marriage but i find it increasingly more difficult to be patient. I just want to be in his arms. Its so conflicting. I want to take that next step together but i doubt that either or our parents (or anyone for that matter) will think we are old enough to be engaged. How do i find the patience to continue waiting. Would it really matter if we are engaged young if its what we know we truly want?
