Being extremely tight - having child in future?

I have quite weird question, I have always struggled with my vagina being too tight during sex and it's often painful, despite the fact I'm really wet and turned on. Like my SO is quite average/to the smaller side yet every time after sex I feel like my vagina has been stretched out and ripped apart, and is hurting for next few days. I also have quite low pain tolerace, I usually vomit and pass out with period cramps. Now I'm terrified of the thought of baby. I am worried I might not be able to handle it. Have any of you been in similar situation/have some thoughts or stories to share? I would really appreciate.
