Ok. Freaking out here. Pls help!!!

16 weeks and change and I have a pill dispenser with the days bec on

Synthroid 80microgram

Prenatal

Vitamin d

Baby aspirin

And every morning the synthroid is the smaller white pill and I take in the morning. I took this morning too but when I went to the pill pack now to take he vitamin d and the aspirin I see it’s synthroid. I don’t want to double up in case I did take the synthroid this morning by I’m so nervous if I may have missed it (the vitamin d missing it in case I am doesn’t make me as nervous). If I just continue tomorrow morning as usual is it dangerous to skip one day in case I didn’t end up taking the synthroid this morning? (Miscarried and couldn’t get previous since last pregnancy for two yrs and then they figured thyroid out).

Is it bad if u skip a day?

Nervous to call doc on emergency bec not sure this warrants that type of call.
