8 weeks pregnant measuring at 6?

I had my ultrasound appointment yesterday, and they basicslly told me that it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong, but that my baby is measuring at 6 weeks instead of 8, and that my baby is too small. has anyone else had an experience like this before??

last ultrasound, my baby measures only 19 weeks and 3 days instead of 20 weeks and 5 days. doctor prescribed me to have a high-protein diet and take amino acid vitamins twice a day. after a month, if the baby developed, amino acid vitamins will be stopped. just have a healthy diet and always peay for your baby's health.

It just means you ovulated later. My first ultrasound I was 8 weeks but they said I am 6 weeks. They gave me a new due date and basically told me it was 2 weeks later to match his size. Then the whole rest of the pregnancy he measured large and healthy, so large that I may need a c section 🤯 Don’t think too much about it yet, they will track baby’s growth 👌🏻

Were you going off your LMP? Cause when I went I should have been 8 weeks but was only 6. You could have just ovulated later than normal.
