Boy or girl?

Okay so I went for a gender ultrasound at 14 weeks 3 days, and was told it’s a girl. I’m just kinda questioning if it’s actually a boy and just hasn’t dropped yet. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Anybody been told it’s a girl to find out it’s a boy?

Here’s my thing, any guesses based on an ultrasound before 18-20 weeks are just guesses. There is a reason most doctors won’t make a call on gender until the anatomy scan or a blood test. That’s not to say it might not be 100% correct before 20 weeks! Just that sometimes things are hidden, or swollen,  or not fully formed yet. So it’s an informed guess before then in my mind. I don’t announce or buy gender specific things till after the 18-20 week mark. And even then it could still be wrong! If you have doubts, wait a few weeks for the other ultrasound.

Usually with girls you can see 3 lines...I don’t see anything on yours! I’m no sonographer though so I don’t know lol

I had went in to find the gender when I was 14 weeks 2days and my baby had a completely flat line across like your scan instead of the 3 vertical from what we saw on the picture. Going back in Saturday when I’m 17 weeks to take another peek!

I had an early scan at almost 15 weeks. I was told boy and I believe it because it looks pretty clear! But I was suppose to be a boy until I was born so who knows! ahaha

This is mine at exactly 14+3. We were told girl and that she was very sure...we’re confirming again on Dec 22nd though at the anatomy scan. I love the idea of having a baby girl and I’m paranoid that maybe they told me too early.
