Want opinions before I go to doctor.. please help!

I’ve been on the pill going on maybe 4 years. Every month my period is the same, it’s pretty heavy and lasts around 5 days. I had unprotected sex on 11/17 though he didn’t finish inside he, there was precum and he had finished before without peeing in between. I was supposed to start my period on 11/19 but nothing happened until 11/23 but it was a very very light pink and stopped after a few hours. Then on 11/25 there was a creamy brownish discharge that only lasted a few hours followed by some red which is what I think to be blood but that only lasted maybe an hour. Today is 11/29 and I have had early pregnancy symptoms such as fatigue, nausea, raised temperature, sore breasts, headache, acid reflex. I took a test on 11/26 and it looked like it has a vfl but I took another one later that day and it was negative (note: I had drank a lot of water and it was like 9pm). Im going to make an appointment with my doctor but I wanted to get some opinions.. what do you guys think?
