baby measuring small?!

So I have my weekly appointments every tuesday. im 35 weeks and 5 days pregnant and tuesday I had a fetal growth ultrasound. her head is measuring perfectly. just the length of her body. shes 4 pounds. had to go to L&D; for a non stress test which she passed! and had to go again Wednesday for another ultrasound and NST. she passed the test again. but they are saying shes measuring a week behind! my Dr said he might want me to talk to a High risk dr. does this mean they might induce me before my due date? im due decemeber 30th!
