I love him but..

I have a boyfriend who has no motivation. Right now I’m 18 in college, trying to do great things. My boyfriend doesn’t want to go to school. He thinks it’s fine to not have a job, to just not do shit the whole day. I try to motivate him to get a job or go to school because things can’t be handed to him forever. My mom thinks I should have a boyfriend more like me but he makes me happy. Basically what I’m trying to ask is would you ladies stay with a guy (that you love) even if he wasn’t trying to do nothing for himself?
