I gave up alcohol in April due to a drinking problem, but realized lately that I've replaced alcohol with food βΉοΈ specially when stressed! I'm trying to loose some weight before we TTC in the new year as well. πΆ
The holidays are stressing me out and it's making me want to eat my face off!!!! I'm trying to drink a lot of water to fill up and using exercise to de-stress but it's frustrating!! My mind turns to food.
Anyone have tips for binge eaters who are trying to control stuffing their face like me? π¬
