2 SCH?

Had bleeding at 6 weeks and dr found SCH. Get comforted by all you ladies and success stories. I bled for a few days but then it went completely away. I had a follow up scan yesterday (7w 5d) and expected and hoped it would be gone or smaller. Instead the dr said I now have 2!!! She said she’s never seen someone have 2 before. The original is the same size and the second one is even bigger than the first 🙁 of course I got the run down of pelvic rest and prepare for a possible miscarriage. Has anyone experienced 2 before? I just don’t get how we don’t know what makes them grow and how to stop it. Baby looked great on the ultrasound so I’m hopeful that my next checkup will go better.
