1st tri ultrasound at clinic?

This may be controversial but I am not able to be seen by my OB until I return from our Christmas vacation in California. I’m almost 7 weeks pregnant and just have a feeling something isn’t right. Would it be wrong to go to a planned parenthood or women’s pregnancy center to receive an ultrasound and make sure the baby is ok? I do not want an abortion and I feel like that’s why some women go to them but no ultrasound boutiques or my doctor will do ultrasounds before 10 weeks. I feel like a terrible person but I want to be able to relax a little while away and also tell family without doubting the viability of the pregnancy. Please no negative comments. I am choosing not to respond back as I’d like to remain anon.
