Help with baby boy names!

My husband and I are expecting our first, a boy. However the names are stumping us!

Originally, we came up with Emmett Hudson (as Hudson was his grandmother’s maiden name). BUT last name is Smith, and as he informed me, Emmett Smith was some famous football player. Ha

So I’m keeping it in case we can’t agree on anything else because I still really like it.

However we came across the name Rowan as well and both seem to like it! I’m just unsure of a middle name as I’m not sure Hudson fits.

Also I’m curious to everyone’s opinion on that name as I keep seeing that it is unisex, but it sounds very masculine to me. Though, I don’t really want a name for my son that is perceived as feminine.

Any ideas would be a great help!!
