Help me please!

i am 22 years old and am very new to the make-up game. i have just started working in a pharmacy where i have to look nice (every job up to this point has been hands on, dirty work) so i want to start wearing make-up. my main worry is that i live in a very humid climate and because of this, i sweat alot. what brands of make-up are sweat resistant? i only really want to cover up the pimples. is there a way to do this without covering up my freckles? i have so many questions.
