Pale pink urine? 38+1

Just went for a wee and my urine was pale pink.. nothing on the tissue when I wiped. Put a pad on and went for a walk for half an hour but nothing on the pad now and latest wee was back to normal colour. Have read that your waters can be pale pink but if it was that they'd have carried on leaking right? But nothing here. Very mild back pain and twinges but I've had that for a few days and think it's probably more to do with lugging the bump around!! Any ideas what it could be?? X
