Anyone have any experience with fertility herbs?

I’ll try to make my story short.

SO and I have one child, 20 months. We got oh after 6 mos of trying. I had a by the book normal pregnancy and delivery and a happy healthy baby. I was exclusively breastfeeding and on no contraception. We got pregnant again, surprise! In December last year when LO was 8 mos. We weren’t trying but we’re excited. Sadly we miscarried in Feb this year. I had a D&C; and got the go ahead from the dr to ttc again after my cycle came back. Which it finally did in April. But ever since it has been completely irregular. Anywhere from 18-45 days and everything in between. I have been doing OPKs since Aug and I seem to be ovulating it’s just a moving target. My dr recently did bloodwork and a transvaginal u/s to test for PCOS. All bloodwork was normal. And other than a small right ovary cyst and some uterine calcification the u/s was normal too. She said she wasn’t concerned about the cyst etc. she ordered me to track my cycle really well for another few months and we would do a follow up u/s to check on the cyst. And if we still aren’t pg which would put us at about 1 yr, we would talk options.

So in the meantime i want to do my best to regulate my cycle and give ourselves the best chance at pregnancy until then. Any advice?
