Don’t laugh at me please. I have always been really insecure about my body. To cut it short. How to I get my butt bigger and thighs bigger. I tried squats but to really build it you need weights and I can’t afford gym memberships to have the equipment to do it. I try eating but it goes to my stomach. This sounds dumb but is there any foods or ways to make it all go to my butt or thighs. I dont feel beautiful in my body. No matter what anyone says I am never comfortable. Could use some tips Thank you.
