please help

I have a 10.5 month old that I am still nursing full time. started having sex again when she was 8 months. husband was n jail. I've had one period about a month after he came home and have not had one sense. the last 2 or so weeks I have been gushing watery fluid. I am starting to feel a little crampy. It's so much fluid it's soaked through everything on to the chair or whatever I'm sitting on. does anyone have anyone have any help for me . so worried
