Swollen, sore, crusted labia minora

So this happened to me when I was a preteen before period or sex or anything, but it's happening to me now, in my 30s.

I have a bit of a yeast infection lingering, but I've taken diflucan to take care of it.

What's more uncomfortable than the YI is that my right inner labia is quite swollen and SO uncomfortable. I had to take my underwear off at work because it was unbearable. There's a lot of extra CM and its crusting onto my labia instead of its normal route.

when this happened as a preteen, it caused my labia to be larger and always stick out more than it did before. I don't want this to happen again and start getting super flappy lips (haha). I'm living abroad in a country where seeing a trusted gyno isn't possible.

Anyone know what's happening here?
