So I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I been checking my baby heart rate every two days . It’s always been 150-156 but since Tuesday I notice it’s been lower like 145-149 I’m kinder nervous is that normal for baby heart rate to go down like that ?? Thanks advance for your answers !

it's totally normasl, my baby's dipped even more, but they said it was totally normal and well within healthy ranges. until baby is breathing on their own, it's jusy a natural side effect to change a bit.

I believe the as long as the heart rate is between 130-200 it’s fine. However, one thing my I truly believe. If you are concerned or scared.  Call your doctor, a lot of expirenced moms seem to give a lot of hell for that, but my doctor as well as the L&D; have told me many times come in anytime you feel something may be wrong. Its best to know for sure than risk it, they understand you are creating a life and it comes with a lot of worry

It's totally fine. It's still within the normal range. As babies grow their heart rate can change. Also it can depend on how active they are or if they are sleeping.
