So scared😭 please help asap!! STD??

I'm freakin out yall😭 I finally had sex for the first time with my now ex boyfriend and during that time I had gotten UTI's from not peeing right after we had sex and I got medicine that took care of it (only had two UTI's from it). But tonight for some reason I feel like I have to pee constantly!! It doesn't burn at all like a UTI and when I go to the bathroom it's not just pee dribbling out. But as soon as I finish peeing it feels like my bladder is full again even though when I try to push pee out nothing comes out. Could this be a STD?? I feel like im about to throw up. My mom doesn't know that I've had sex😭😭😭 please help me asap!!! I can't sleep!

Update: I haven't had sex in 4 weeks so I know it's not a UTI from that and I just ended my medicine last week that was prescribed for my last UTI
