Advise please.. This Sucks

I really need some advise. I know I need to go to the doctors but I would love to hear if anyone else has had this problem.

I have been on Microgynon 30 for over 3 years now. It's the only pill I have even been on and I'm turning 23.

I know I'm not pregnant because I haven't had sex for months (that's not a problem)

-I have been having pelvic pain through my whole cycles. I had an MRI and ultrasound when this started to check for any problems and everything was clear besides bladder problems.

-I have been having so much discharge every day (sorry tmi)

-I HAVE NO SEX DRIVE AT ALL, and I feel so sorry for my partner of 5 years. He understands though.

-I keep getting in the worst moods and I can't control them.

Any advise what to do? Has anyone else been through this before?

I absolutely hate this 😩
