Haven't had an appointment since mid October

I recently put in a change for a new OB clinic at 34 weeks and I'm irritated! I had an appointment at 26 weeks and did my glucose test the next week and called my OB for the result with no answer, tried to set up my 28 week appointment with no luck, the clinic went through a system change and I kept trying to call and kept getting hung up on, I went into the clinic and they said no appointments were available so I texted my doctor (I used to work in the clinic) and told her I was having issues getting an appointment and didn't hear from her, so I kept trying to call the clinic for any provider and still got hung up on, my 32 week appointment time frame goes by with no word even though I had texted her about preterm contractions and other issues I've been having but got no response. So, I called my insurance and told them what was happening, they tried to call and got hung up on three times so they approved the change and now I'm waiting to hear back from the new clinic.. Tell me why, as soon as my records transfer went through I get a text from my doctor asking to meet up next week!? What the hell??
