What doctor do I got to?

I’m a FTM and almost 27 weeks pregnant and I have what I thought was a cold and have been surviving through it with Tylenol and sitting in the bathroom with the hot shower running but it’s been 4 days and my cough is getting worse( hurts my back and sounds terrible) and I can feel fluid and pressure in my ears and I can barely get anything out of my nose when I blow it . Do I go see my doctor doctor or my OB? On the 13th I’m getting my pertussis vaccine but I feel like I may already have some how caught it 🤢😷🤧
