Does it seem like a lie?

So this mom I baby sit for is a SAHM but has a babysitter for her one kid which is me so she’s more a house wife because I watch her son full time. 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. She texted me yesterday saying how her son just choked on Tylenol so he’d have a cough but it wasn’t from being sick. I showed my mom who I live with and asked her what she thought and she said a kid shouldn’t have a cough for 2 days because he choked. She says she’s probably making up a reason to cover her butt because her son is sick. I’ve told her In the past that I can not watch her kid when he’s sick because I’m pregnant and do not need to get sick anymore. This is what my doctor had told me because her child was the one getting me sick. Also her husband hasn’t been going to work for the past 4 days because what she told me is “back pain” but what he told everyone at work was he had the flu. My mom works with him so that’s how I know that. Does it seem like she’s lying to cover her butt so she doesn’t have to watch her kid? She doesn’t depend on me for childcare but never wants to keep her child and makes me feel bad if I feel sick and says how horrible she does too. Also whenever I would get sick or feel bad in anyway and tell her I couldn’t watch her kid she’s text me everyday asking how I get and she’d start saying she felt exactly the same and how great It’d be to have some help with her son and how horrible she felt and how great it’d be if I could help her. Even though I’m sick and her husband stays home when she’s sick.
